These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) cover your use of our site, your purchase of the Walkie Caddie, and how we run things deep in the heart of Texas.

By using our website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If not, feel free to click away (but we think you’ll want to stick around).

1. Who We Are

We’re OnSet Brands, proud Texas-based distributor and retailer of the original Walkie Caddie—a smarter, slicker way to carry what you need on set without the pocket panic. We sell to both individuals and businesses (looking at you, radio rental houses, production teams, and ADs who run the world).

2. Website Use

Use this website like a decent human. No hacking, spamming, or pretending you're someone else. You’ve got to be 18+ or have a consenting adult’s blessing to place an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service if you’re rude, doing something sketchy, or trying to resell our stuff under a weird knockoff name like "Talkie Carrier."

3. Product Info (A.K.A. the Fine Print)

We try to describe the Walkie Caddie accurately, but minor variations in stitching or coloring may occur. We’re not robots—we’re gear lovers with high standards and human hands. Rest assured, every Walkie Caddie is built to work hard and look good doing it.

4. Retail & Wholesale Orders

Whether you're buying one for yourself or outfitting a whole crew, we’ve got you. Wholesale buyers may need to provide resale certificates or other legit paperwork. No resellers with shady vibes, please.

5. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and whatever other fancy methods are available at checkout. Wholesale accounts might qualify for other payment terms—contact us to chat.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship fast from Texas, but once the Walkie Caddie leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s world. Delivery times vary. Check our Shipping Policy for what to do if your package vanishes, shows up looking rough, or ends up on your neighbor’s porch.

7. Returns & Refunds

Don’t love it? That’s rare—but we get it. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused and in original condition. You can ship it back yourself, or we’ll send you a prepaid label and deduct shipping from your refund. Read the full Refund Policy for details.

8. Hands Off Our Stuff

The design, name, logo, and brilliance behind the Walkie Caddie belong to the owner and inventor of the Walkie Caddie. No copying, mimicking, or remixing without our permission (we’re flattered—but no).

9. Liability Disclaimer

The Walkie Caddie is built tough, but it won’t walk your dog or fix your shot list. OnSet Brands isn’t responsible for injuries, misuse, or wild improvisations involving the product. Use with common sense and you’ll be just fine.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Denton County, Texas—where the tea is sweet, the BBQ’s hot, and our contracts hold up in court.

11. Changes to These Terms
